How it works: your step-by-step guide
1. ORDER YOUR CLEAN OUT KIT
Order your free Clean Out Kit or print a shipping label to use on any box and fill it with your best pre-owned clothes, shoes and accessories. You can donate anything from a single item to multiple bags of pre-owned pieces.

We accept pre-owned women’s and children’s clothing, shoes and accessories from premium and luxury brands. Once received, your Clean Out Kit will be quality assessed and if it's not suitable for resale, it will be responsibly recycled or you can choose to have it returned to you for a small fee. Please note, pieces must meet the following three quality standards to be suitable for resale:
1. No signs of visible wear, including pilling, fading and shrinkage.
2. No damage, such as missing parts, rips, stains and odors.
3. No alterations, including missing sizing information.
Depending on the volume of items received, we aim to process your Clear Out Kit within one month. We will provide tracking links and progress updates via email.
